If PDF BOOK Split does not work for you, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Email support@pdfbooksplit.com with the email address you used to buy and, if you can, a short note about the problem. We may try to fix the problem first, but you do not have to accept that.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment provider. Your bank may take several business days to show the refund.
We do not usually refund purchases older than 30 days.
